Who We Are
Built for the aviation standard.
Pillar and Compass is an aircraft detailing company founded on the belief that professional aviation services require a different level of discipline — in process, in execution, and in the relationships built with clients.
Our Position
What Pillar and Compass stands for.
The name reflects two things we consider non-negotiable: structural reliability and navigational precision. Pillar — something that holds. Compass — something that guides.
In practice, that means showing up with the right materials, following the same procedure every time, and adjusting our schedule around the aircraft — not the other way around.
We serve private owners, charter operators, managed fleets, aircraft brokers, and flight departments. Our clients are professionals who work in aviation, and they expect the same professionalism from the people who service their aircraft.
Consistency Over Convenience
We build our process around what produces a repeatable outcome — not what is fastest or easiest. If a procedure adds time but improves the result, that procedure stays.
Aviation Awareness
Aircraft are not cars. The surfaces, systems, and environments we work in require different protocols. We operate with the awareness that a detailing decision on an aircraft has different consequences than one on a vehicle.
Discretion as a Standard
We work in environments where confidentiality matters — private hangars, corporate flight departments, and high-value transactions. Professional discretion is part of the service.
Operational Reliability
Showing up on time, doing what was agreed, and communicating clearly — these are baseline expectations that we treat as defining standards, not differentiators.
Service Area
Available where you operate.
Pillar and Compass provides service at client locations — hangars, FBOs, and ramp environments. We travel to the aircraft. We do not require the aircraft to come to us.
Contact us to confirm availability at your location. We are building ongoing relationships with operators and facilities — if you are located in an area we are expanding into, reach out and we will coordinate.
